Every year, the Glens Falls Senior Center holds a Senior EXPO to provide information to Seniors, their families, caregivers and the community about the aging process. The EXPO provides resources and information on things such as; Financial Planning, Estate Planning, Senior Housing Reps, Aging in Place, Home Care Service, Restaurants, Building/Home Repairs, Law Offices, Health Services, Cleaning for Home/Business, Transportation, Funeral Services, Newspaper, Health Insurance Carriers, Life/Auto Insurance, and many more.
If you or a family member have ever found yourself not knowing where to turn for help or services you may need, our EXPO acts as an opportunity to gather information and meet face to face with professionals who can help.
At the end of every EXPO, the Glens Falls Senior Center produces a Resource Guide that is a culmination of the resources and business that attend our EXPO and their contact information. This Resource Guide is free to the public and available upon request in mutiple locations, including online (download here).
The 2024 Senior EXPO will be held on Wednesday, September 25th at The Queensbury Hotel. Admission to the event is FREE, stay tuned for more details!
The Glens Falls Senior Center serves seniors in the Glens Falls, South Glens Falls, Queensbury, Lake George, and surrounding region for those 50 and over.
The Glens Falls Senior Center is a Member Agency of Tri-County United Way.
